Hey to the agent than willing to give me a lot of advice my father planned to move to back to Malaysia in 2023 and I'm the potential to have a PR this the point is its any barrier to face ? . then can you show me some tradeoff and advantages of KL, Kedah, and Penang . The property I look for in a range of 100,000 RM to 330,000 RM or Lease term. also, default property can I own some of them if I need to invest. Thank you wish we can do a business gently
