Hi,
1) before we purchase the house or giving deposit/sign SPA, we request extension kitchen, floor tile mosaic or any addition work and the developer are agreed these add up then we sign the SPA, so are these addition add up request can build within the 24 month or needed follow the original floor plan then build it next with new floor plan or they can build it up with the extension request then submit new floor plan to MBK for CCC?
2) can the developer appeal change the floor plan on these add up before it start construction?
3) it is for our LAD case, the developer saying they need to issue new floor plan for these extension for CCC, so they are late for giving our keys cause our request.
