I am going to buy a sub sale apartment RM350k strata title for my 2nd purchase. But I have realise that the charges as stated by the law firm a bit different from malaysiahousingloan.net advice. They have charged me Professional Charges (SPA RM3.5k, CKHTA 2A RM300, Private Caveat RM350, Statutory Declaration RM100 and FORM I RM100), Registration of MOT (RM1.5k) , Registration of Entry of Private Caveat (RM150), Registration of Withdrawal of Private Caveat (RM60) and filling fee on FORM I (RM50). As I refer to the example on Malaysiahousingloan.net, professional charges should be included entry & withdrawal of private caveat as well as registration of transfer should included registration of entry and withdrawal fee. Moreover, I am a bit confuse on the charges of registration of transfer as mine stated RM1.5k (property value RM350k) while SPA sample (malaysiahousingloan.net) registration of transfer only stated RM500. Therefore, I am wondering is it because is my second purchase that’s why registration of transfer is more expensive?
