Hi all, I have been looking for answers for a long time so hope you can help advise. I am servicing a mortgage for a double-storey terrace house and left with half of the tenure now. It is currently in joint ownership between me and my brother. What should I do in order to minimize negative impact or consequence once I become a Singaporean citizen? Should I sell the house instead?
