Hi All. I sincerely need some help on this matter.
Recently my condo is rent out a few units to a university colleges students. The unit on my upstair is one of them. However, the students from my upstair always making knock sound anytime when they are at home. I had complaining to the condo management several time with the audio record however the condo management never take any action on this as the students say they are not doing it.
Every night i am suffered by this noise and goes down to complain to security guard but still no resolved any. I even invite security guard to my house and he also heard what is the noise they make but the students deny they do so.
The head of security guard do a test in my house and the upstair unit due to my complaint and he confirmed the knock sound comes when the student stomping the floor however the condo management keep trying to push this matter and saying the noise wasn't existing.
Please help to advise what actually i can do next as this had really cause me mental and physical tired
