My aunt A was allocated a low cost house by the government 10 years ago. However, the house loan was made under both Aunt A and Aunt B's name but only Aunt B made the payment.
Now that the loan has been settled, Aunt B came to claim that the house is hers and even applied for a private caveat to stop us from transferring the strata title from developer to Aunt A's name. She brought her family to move in to stay in the apartment and is denying Aunt A's access to the house.

May I know who is the lawful owner to this apartment? What if Aunt A remove the caveat and transfer the strata title to her name? What can Aunt B do?
