Hi All..I am in the process of buying a existing property and kind of having a deadlock in terms of SPA. Both Seller & me(Purchaser) are cant move forward due to certain terms which seller wont want to declare that her property is clear of structural damages. My question if it is reaches no way forward, can we cancel it and get a refund of my booking?
