Hi and good day to you, I am looking for a room for rent in I Residence that can fulfill the below conditions:
1- female unit, preferably muslim friendly
2- medium/small room for one person (can I request for study table + chair if none is provided?)
3- rent preferably can cover wifi, utilities, and have walter filter in the unit
4- aircond is optional. I dont mind for not having an aircond in the room.
Please advise.
