Hi and thanks in advance for assistance.
I have rented a condo and signed an offer to rent form, which states the full deposit paid and the rent.
It was signed by me and the tenant and the agent.
The agent has promised a carpark with the unit, which he is now not following through on. That was orally agreed. And It is not written down in the offer to rent or contract. The contract had the to be fixed bc some things like the date were wrong. That was over 2 months ago now and the agent is in no way reachable now and completely ignoring me.I am always asking for the contract and the carpark but nothing.
What can I do? If the contract is not yet signed do I have a loophole to move out again and getting my deposit back? Feeling very unsafe with this agent.
