Hi as a foreigner what are the rates relative to transacted price especially stamp duty and taxes for buying a condo in KL? For example I have been told these but what are they and how they relate to foreigner buying property in Malaysia.
-SPA Legal Fee
-Disbursement Fee
-MOT
-Foreign Consent

Also, how can we obtain data to find out past transacted prices or caveats of a condo development?
