Hi Sir/Madam,

It depends on the Sale and Purchase Agreement (“SPA”) that you have executed with the developer. If the SPA provides a clause that contains a default liability period of 2 years hence you are entitled to the said 2-year period. However, if it does not contain such a clause, then you are not entitled to DLP.
