Hi, currently I'm 25 years old. And I join name with my sister and applied for the house loan. And luckily the loan also approved and we also sign the S&P. But now my sister's boyfriend said after marriage he want to devide the property after marriage. But since loan approved I'm myself pay the installment. If there any ways or agreement between me and my sister to protect the property?

If the SPA and title is register under your name only it will not be an issue although it is joint loan. If the property is register under both name, you may engage lawyer to do power of attorney, to get your sister to transfer 100% right and benefits for you.
