Hi Expert Team, I'm staying in an LMC apartment in Penang. The said property is self managed and the elected chairman engaged a building supervisor. 1) During our AGM can the building supervisor answer questions on behalf of the committee?. 2) We created a WhatsApp group for the residents to highlight issues, can the building supervisor remove the resident from the WhatsApp group?. 3) Can a building supervisor allow to be the administrator of the WhatsApp group?.
