I have purchased a subsale apartment unit. Paid booking, Paid S&P, Paid Lawyers fees as well. Im a cash buyer. Now im left with 90% payment. Which i need to settle it by end of September 2022. My question, currently the house is tenanted. Owner mentioned that the tenant should vacant the unit by end 31st August 2022. What if the tenant does not vacant the unit. What should be my next step. Please advise. Tq
