Hi experts,
I am going to renounce my Malaysia citizenship. But, still holding one property in Puchong Malaysia (still serving loan) and purchase price is below RM600k.
Should I sell it before renouncing or continue to hold it with different citizenship? Any issue selling next time with different citizenship on the property document?
