Hi! First time renting a house. Found a house I like but agent here charges RM300 for agreement fee and RM700 agent fee. I want to ask do I really need to pay agreement fee? If need, how much if rental is RM1300 per month? I don't want to get duped. Also, isn't owner is the one who pay agent fee? Haven't rent already want to cry because of agent fee. I thought only need to pay 3.5 months deposit only. Please advise. Thank you
