Hi Good Day Guru, Need your help and advise here. I would like to buy a new house. The house developer asking price is 280K for intermitten lot to max 470K for conner lot. But when i visit National Housing Department (NHD) wedsite checking the price their register is min 250K, max 409K. My question is 1) developer raising the price without inform goverment? 2) If i report to NHD, what is sommon compound will developer pay? 3) Is it possible the price developer offer back to 250K min, 409K max?
