Hi Good Day Guru, Need your help and advise here. I would like to buy a new house. The house developer asking price is 280K for intermitten lot to max 470K for conner lot. But when i visit National Housing Department (NHD) wedsite checking the price their register is min 250K, max 409K. My question is 1) developer raising the price without inform goverment? 2) If i report to NHD, what is sommon compound will developer pay? 3) Is it possible the price developer offer back to 250K min, 409K max? Thanks for the time viewing and advise.
