Hi good day, I would like to ask some questions about stamp duty exemption for 1st home buyer.
Knowing that HOC already end in 2021.
May I know for 1st home buyer can have MOT exemption for property which is below MYR500k, but is commercial title under HDA - condominium /services apartment for residential purposes? Or need to have full residential title for the land type just can have the exemption for stamp duty (S&P & Loan stamp duty).
