My landlord at the light Collection B1-05-0x
Japanese/ MALAYSIAn couple refused to return my deposit after 29 days. A total of RM7400 owner claimed it for defects ..
Small claims can only claim to the max of RM5K. In my opinion, if I have break nothing in the house why shd I forfeit my hard earned RM2.4K. Engaging a lawyer cost about RM15K. So this is not an option for me.
Is there any way that I could claim back all my deposit in addition blacklist this kind of dishonest and unscrupulous landlord?
If this landlord continues to forfeit every tenant’s deposit, after each contract ., is this consider a scam whereby police can take action against them?
Landlord can make extra cash aft every 2 years or 1 year without returning tenant’s deposit..
Pls help..
