Hi Guru.
1)Is there any legal term and conditions that developer has the right to fine me of late transfer strata title which long overdue (10 yo) from my freehold APT? Additional I have fully settled my bank loan.
2) Sold my apt recently, developer agreed to transfer title directly to purchaser. May I know which parties shall bear tranfer fee, since title still with developer.
3) based in which amount should be paid for title transfer fee? My original purchase price or my selling price now?

1. you need to review your SPA contrcat for sucha clause or check with your lawyer 2. The developer's consent to transfer fee is borne by the Seller in order to transfer to the new buyer.
