Hi Guru, currently I have a house under joint name with my sister. I would like to buy over her share and paying her cash without getting refinance bank loan.
House under joint name but loan under my name only. Is it possible to jus transfer the name and also on bank loan documents without getting refinance? I would like to maintain current instalment amount. What procedure should I go through? Thanks
