I got problem ..that 3 yr ago .. my cousin need cash .. & also she owe me RM30K, then she said want to re-finance her house loan .. but bank not approved. so at the end, she use my name to buy her house . During mco she got 1 year not make any payment to bank ..and now only make 23 time installment .. & very month i need keep chasing her make bank loan ... ( because she said after 3 yr , she want to buy back her house) ...now she not make bank loan... & her family stay that house . Althought that is my house .. but sales & purchase agreement not with me .. because that time .. i just sign document .. & payment make by her ... & now i worry once bank lelong i need hutang bank payment .. how can i do ... can i sold house .. need your help .thank you . can give me a call.. if got chines is most better .
