Hi guru, i joint purchased a double storey house with my ex last time. now he is living in the house and will not move, which i want to remove my name from it. he has no ability to refinance it as he is only paying interest monthly. now he is getting his wife to loan only RM250k to buy up the whole house, whereby the whole house now actually worth RM500k (i dare say, if it has been evaluated properly, the market price is more?) can someone offer me any legal advice? i just want to get my name remove, get my fair 50% share (which will be RM 250k), then move on with my life. now i cant purchase second property coz my name stuck with kwsp. pls help! much appreciated!
