Hi Guru,
I refer to The takeover of the abonded property @MAJESTIC HEIGHTS - PENANG- MALAYSIA was handled by Deloitte Malaysia.
That said property PARCEL U2 STOREY L17 BLDG B TAMAN TERUBUNG INDAH PHASE 2A MK13 was registered under my husband name, he was born in Malaysia and holding Malaysia valid IC/ID with updated registered address. We never receive any letter or information about this case. Just recently he got the information that that property is under progress, he went to check and found out the owner of his property was someone else name! Unbelievable!
Unbelievable this can be happened today! The construction of the property was stopped after crisis, but my husband never abonded the property, he had forked out cash to pay off of balance of the mortgage loan for that unit with SC bank in Malaysia on 12 July 2007. The unit is fully paid and belong to my husband! After paying off the unit, now someone else go and sell the unit to another person (no idea who?) we just got info Deloitte Malaysia handle the take over and had send several emails to them! No reply yet! . How to get back our property right as an owner???
