If I received Form 28 for inter-floor leakage from management office, I would like to deal with the victicm directly and rectrify the issue without management office.
Unfortunely, management office refuse to provide the contact detail for the person who logged the file and insist that all appointments and inspection work must be arranged by management as a middle-man.
Do I serve the rights to request management to provide the contact detail for the affected parties? This should be fatest way to rectrify the issue and update will be provided to management office later upon completion.
If we suspect the leakage issue is triggred by management without actual report logged by someone, do we have rights to to request management office to provide the document/write-in as evidence that the leakage is really logged by the lower lower unit?
