Hi guru The SPA had been signed on 2018 but only completed on 2025 for serahan kunci. The developer send a notice demanding for full payment for purchase price . Ive paid the deposit (10% of purchase price ) and I would like to proceed with claiming the LAD. I contacted the developer lawyer panel and I was informed they no longer works for the developer. I also found out that the developer had mortgaged the land to bank. I request for the redemption letter but developer refused to provide so.Is it possible for me to pay the remaining purchase price to the bank instead of to the developer. What would be the best solution for me and what if the developer fails to settle the loan? Would the bank be able to order to sale the land and what would happen to my property? I’m holding on to it as I’m not sure if I can make the full payment now with this situation. Thanks for all helps in advance
