there are questions regarding leasing a shoplot for kopitiam business. tenant telling that with on one were stuck and unable tenant to apply licenses it nature business. tenat look for runner to settle up this kn or cf matter but drag 2 yrs and once april hit in .. and say due to kn issue that i cant it fix .. deposit everything he forfeit with reason i unable to get licenses to operate my business therefore he lease out. kn or cf is it tenant should bear or applying lasted kn is tenant right to do it.
