Hi Gurus. I am a Singaporean and will be relocating to Malaysia (Selangor) in about 2 months time. As I have plans to work there for the next 5 years, I intend to buy an apartment instead of renting one.
1. Is there a minimum purchase price in Selangor for foreigners who intend to purchase a property for own stay?
2. Assuming I have no outstanding liabilities and have a strong income, any difficulties getting 80% loan or more?
3. Do I have to pay any agent fees for purchase of a property?
