Hi Gurus, I'm looking for rent my house at Alam Suria, Bandar Puncak Alam. New house with 4r3b with grill, kitchen cabinet, lights and fans, queen bed, dining table. From online searching, generally basic house can be rented out for RM1.1k, but i'm looking to rent out at RM1.3. Do you think the price is reasonable ?

Location wise, it is 5mins drive to Tesco, 10mins to UiTM Puncak Alam. Acces to LATAR, PLUS Highway and Guthrie.
