HI Gurus, is it possible for me to back out to purchase house (under construction) after signing the SPA & Loan Agreement.
Up to now have paid RM 25K, very soon will be due to pay another 10% progressive payment.
Due certain reason I want to pull out from the purchase and don't intent to pay the said progressive payment .
Is this possible, the bank have not released any amount from the 70% loan yet.
Can back out now and what are the penalties, if I walk away. Please advise.
