Hi Gurus, my dad and mom owned a house (dad is the first name in the tittle). When dad passed away 2 years ago, he left a will to pass his share to me. But now my mom has put a caveat and stoping from my name being added to the tittle saying she owns the house for herself. She has taken a new tittle after dad passed away. How can i proceed? How much would i need to spend on lawyer fees despite there is a willl saying my name should be added? She is not in terms for even a discussion. Need advise as i consulted a lawyer who is asking me rm10k and 6mths to settle this.. which seems unfair
