Hi guys,
Agent has told me the unit (a new apartment development located at Johor bahru) that i am going to purchase has been converted from bumi putera lot to bumi released unit.
They told me i can sell bumi released unit to anyone else without the need of applying consent from Johor state government. Is it true? Or any other complication that i need to take note?
