Hi,
How do I do property transfer ownership of my Johor Bahru low cost house ( bought in 1990) to my brother in law. I am residing in KL while he is in Melaka. Both of us are senior citizens. Can you kindly advise if we can do it without going to JB. If we can do it in KL. What are the documents needed. Thank you for your help and advise.
