Hi, how do I get your agents to respond to simple WhatsApp texts. They are online and read messages but it is frustrating to even get a reply of a yes or no. I do not wish to make a complaint I only need some assists and advice from them but all my texts are being ignored despite me being a good tenant. In the beginning the were attentive but now they are not, do advise.
