Hi, I already got the keys to my property, all legal fees settled, now still within the defect fixing period by developer. Problem is, my lawyer (provided by developer) failed to provide me my customer copy of S&P. They said they mailed out, but I went to their office, they could not provide proof (they said they mailed in 2021 when I approached them earlier this year). In the end, they just gave me lawyer’s photocopy instead. What should I do? What am I risking for not having customer’s original copy?
