Hi, I am a Malaysian but residing in Singapore. Started collecting rent last year and wonder if I need to file income tax? Also, I have not gotten an income tax file, how to go about. Also, I am permanent resident in Singapore, do I follow foreigner tax rate and whether tax deductible/ rebate are applicable to me?
