Hi I am buying sub sale house from an agent. I already signed all relevants Agreement. Bank has made first disbursement to settle down previous owner's mortgage loan. In understand that I need to pay the loan installment, as the balance payment haven't been released by bank yet.
My question is, how long it takes normally from 1st to 2nd disbursement? And lets say after the 2nd disbursement has been done, does it normally take more time for me to get the key or I can get the key immediately?
