Hi , I am Chinese and want to buy a bumi lot property. We have pay the 10% down payment
Now want to proceed for consent letter.
1. is there any system for us to check the Consent letter status?
2. how do we check if we are qualified to buy a bumi lot / Seller is qualified to release his bumi lot to non bumi ?
3. can we appeal against the decision if the consent letter is not approval ?
