Hi, I am going to sign the S&P in a week. The unit I purchased is a bumi released freehold unit. The developer told me "International lot" will be indicated in the S&P whereas the agent told me "bumi released lot" will be indicated in the S&P. Is there such endorsement in S&P? What else should I look out for when signing S&P? The S&P lawyer is from the developer. Thanks.
