Hi, I am having a problem where water leaking from the pipe outside the entrance of my door to the water pipe meter. As the water pipe outside the entrance of my door to the pipe meter, is it
my responsibility to repair it? My view is that the pipe is through the common area - hence should it be under the management to repair. Problem is, my property management says I have to bear the cost as the pipe leads to my unit.
