Hi, I am helping a friend of mine to purchase a Low Cost Apartment in Damansara right from the House Owner, would like to know what is the standard procedure and Selangor Government rules of purchasing low cost apartment. 1- What is the minimum salary range? 2- The house was build up somewhere in year 2003, is it worth buying for RM70k? condition of the house is okay just need to do minor touch up. 3- Do we need to get any approval from the Selangor Government for purchasing this house from the owner?
