Hi, I am in a joint mortgage with alongside 2 other family members. The property is recently purchased and is still in mortgage. However, only the other two members are financing the mortgage so I don't have a financial commitment in it.
In the above situation, can I remove my name from the property title and if so how long and how much would the process take and cost respectively? If I do remove my name, do I qualify for any properties that require first time home ownership?
