Hi, I am looking for a studio apartment near APU Malaysia for a 12-month rental.
My budget is RM 1,000–1,500 per month. I require:
- Entire private studio, not a shared bedroom
- Attached private bathroom
- Private kitchen inside the studio
- Private balcony
- Walking distance to APU campus
Is there any available unit matching all these requirements? Please share the actual unit photos, exact walking distance to APU, monthly rent, deposit, utility charges and tenancy terms. Thank you.
