Hi, I am not familiar with malaysia policy as I am staying in Singapore.
My parents had bought this government flat 20 years ago. The developer had ran away long time ago, hence there is no grant which i believe that it should be some agreement that they need to hold before selling the house.
I would like to know if they want to sell this house, is it still possible? How long does it take for the lawyer to get these 'grant'? It has been 20 years plus, the government still unable to produce it?
