Hi. I am studying abroad and I wanted to rent out my house. I asked a relative to collect the rent so he can use the rental money to maintain the condition of the house. He called me up saying he wanted to draw a rental agreement which sounded fine. Then he said he wanted me to write a letter saying I am letting him act on my behalf to handle my property. I do not want to write a letter giving him complete control over my property. Is there any sample templates that I can follow that only gives him partial control acting on my behalf to collect rent and maintaining the house only.
