Hi I am vendor, may i know after sign up S&P (21 working day) , I will be getting 10% of purchased price (500K). Agent Fees also will be paid 10%, am I right?

Hi Sammi.When S&PA is signed by Purchaser (without any conditions precedent)10% of the purchase price will be paid to the Vendor. The agent will get their full 100% agency fee from the Vendor.
