Hi, I am working at KLCC and looking for a house to move in with family for long years. I am considering this unit and there is one at Mahkota cheras around the same price but its quite old and need a lot of renovation. Need your advice if this unit is worth it and if it will have selling value in future. This unit is a little deep compared to other homecity's development. Also wondering why their price dropped for this unit. Is there any disadvantage I should know?
