I and my husband bought a property in 2019 and now he is MIA. He is not contactable. The house loan's first name is Husband and the second name is mine. So now i have to pay for the house in order not to get blacklisted. Anyways i can remove his name saying that he is MIA. Or else, if i want to remove my name can it be done? I can pay not comfortable if his name is still there.
