Hi, I appoint lawyer which is intro by property agent. After draft for the SPA agreement, lawyer told me that seller also appoint him as their lawyer last minutes due to seller's lawyer pricing too high. And seller request us to sign the SPA first, stamping only will do about one month after due to some tax issue. If I change lawyer now, they may charge me for this. In this case I'm feeling not secure and being cheated. What should I do to secure my situation?
