Hi, I asked a question before. I would like add some details to my question.
I am buying a house with cash. It is a completed NEW house with CCC.
I am using the developer's lawyer because it is included in the "Free Legal Fees" offer by the developer.
Is it safe to pay in full during the signing of SPA ?
